KidsCo was created to solve a very real, very modern challenge: talented people shouldn’t have to choose between work and family during school holidays or key workplace moments. What began as a simple idea - bringing high-quality, teacher-led programs into the workplace - has grown into one of Australia’s most trusted providers of onsite children’s programs.
How It Started

Founded by educators and operators, KidsCo was built after seeing firsthand that traditional holiday care didn’t always meet the needs of modern families or employers. Parents needed something safer, more convenient, and genuinely engaging.

 

Workplaces needed a solution that was professional, compliant, and easy to deliver. So KidsCo was built differently from day one.

 

Programs were designed to feel like a great day at school – not babysitting. Qualified teachers became the standard, with strong systems, child-safe practices, and operational rigour embedded early.
