What age groups are your school holiday programs suitable for?
Is an onsite program the same as vacation care or OSHC?
Not quite. Vacation care and OSHC run at schools or childcare centres, so parents still have to drop off and pick up around their workday. A KidsCo program is school holiday childcare that comes to your workplace. Qualified teachers run it for your employees’ children only, and HR gets attendance and feedback reporting. How many children can attend a program?
From 20 to 100+ children per day. We’ll work with you to tailor the right setup for your workplace, ensuring a high-quality experience at any scale.
How much do your programs cost?
Pricing depends on how many days you run, how many children attend, and your location. Employers usually choose one of three funding models:
- Fully funded: the employer covers the cost as an employee benefit.
- Co-funded: the employer subsidises and parents pay a contribution. For example, carsales subsidises 60%.
- Parent-paid: the employer provides the space, and parents pay per day through the booking portal.
