Programs are usually introduced through HR or Workplace Experience teams. Once you reach out, we’ll help design a program that fits your workplace and take care of everything from setup to delivery.
KidsCo delivers professionally run, on-site programs for employees’ children, including:

All services are delivered by qualified teachers and tailored to operate seamlessly within professional office environments.
School holiday programs are typically designed for primary school-aged children. For some workplaces, we also offer pop-up crèche style programs for younger children. Exact age ranges are confirmed during setup to align with your workforce, space, and program objectives.

From 20 to 100+ children per day. We’ll work with you to tailor the right setup for your workplace, ensuring a high-quality experience at any scale.

Pricing varies based on program type, duration, location, and participation model. Most organisations either subsidise or fully fund the program as an employee benefit, sometimes with a parent contribution. We’ll provide a clear, upfront proposal aligned to your budget and internal approvals process.
KidsCo is designed specifically for workplaces. Programs are led by qualified teachers, underpinned by strong child-safe practices, and structured to minimise disruption to the workplace. Each partner is supported by a dedicated account manager, ensuring programs run smoothly while meeting governance, safety, and brand expectations.
Lead times can vary, however earlier planning helps secure preferred dates and staffing, particularly during peak school holiday periods. We recommend confirming programs as early as possible to allow parents to plan around any alternative care arrangements.
Very little. Your team shares the booking link with employees and provides access to a suitable space. KidsCo takes care of setup, staffing, supervision, and program delivery.
KidsCo provides attendance data, utilisation insights, and customised feedback reporting. Feedback surveys are designed, delivered, and managed by KidsCo, and can be tailored to support your internal reporting, engagement metrics, and future planning.
KidsCo operates nationally across metropolitan and regional locations, with a delivery model that scales easily across multiple offices without compromising quality.
Programs follow a clear, well-structured daily format that balances learning, creativity, and movement, while remaining flexible to suit different age groups and workplace environments. KidsCo manages all staffing, supervision, ratios, activity planning, resourcing, and risk management, ensuring programs run safely and smoothly. This allows your people and culture teams to offer a meaningful employee benefit without needing to manage day-to-day operations or on-site delivery.
When a program is available, employees receive a booking link where they can manage upcoming bookings. KidsCo programs are delivered exclusively in partnership with workplaces and are not available for direct public booking.
Booking changes and cancellations can be managed via the booking link or confirmation email. Applicable policies are clearly outlined during the booking process.
