What does a BYKTWD program include?
KidsCo delivers a structured, age-appropriate day that keeps children engaged while minimising disruption to the workplace. Programs typically include facilitated activities, group sessions, creative tasks, and supervision throughout the day, all led by qualified teachers.
What age groups are suitable for BYKTWD?
BYKTWD programs are designed to be flexible. Activities can be tailored for primary school-aged children, with pop-up crèche style options available for younger children where appropriate. Age ranges are confirmed during setup based on your workforce and space.
How many children can attend on the day?
Capacity is determined by available space and the level of employer funding. Once capacity is set, KidsCo ensures appropriate staffing and supervision in line with all required ratios and safety standards.
What space is required to host a BYKTWD program?
Programs can be delivered in training rooms, boardrooms, or other suitable shared spaces. We’ll confirm suitability, capacity, and any site-specific requirements during planning.
What is required from our Facilities or Workplace team?
Very little. Your team shares the registration link with employees and provides access to a suitable space. KidsCo takes care of the rest, including setup, staffing, supervision, and pack-down.
How much notice do we need to plan a BYKTWD program?
While BYKTWD programs can be delivered with relatively short notice, earlier planning helps secure preferred dates, staffing, and program customisation.
